Therapy with Natalie

I am a trauma-focused therapist with over 9 years of experience working with folks seeking deep, lasting healing and freedom from unhelpful patterns.

As a Licensed Clinical Social Worker with ongoing training in trauma-informed modalities, I bring both professional expertise and personal insight to my work. You can expect a warm, grounded space where curiosity, compassion, and attunement guide the process. Whether you’re beginning therapy for the first time or returning after time away, I’m honored to walk alongside you. Healing is possible, and you don’t have to do it alone.

Drawing from various evidence-based modalities, I offer an integrative, body-based approach that helps clients reconnect with their inner wisdom and shift long-standing patterns. Together, we move at a pace that honors your nervous system, building trust and supporting new ways of relating—to yourself, to others, and to your story.
